About the Client

San Francisco Bay Area native Simona "Mo" Semu discovered his passion for weightlifting in 2013, igniting a journey that would lead him to found KilobyKilo in 2021. Inspired by his mentor and coach, Jim Schmitz, Mo's vision for KilobyKilo is rooted in the belief that progress is achieved "kilo by kilo," reflecting the incremental nature of growth and improvement in both sport and life.

The Challenge

As KilobyKilo embarked on its mission to empower athletes and enthusiasts, they faced the challenge of establishing a robust online presence and efficient operational processes to support their eCommerce platform.
